My collegue birthday at party play gaya street

Last week we celebrate one of our collegue birthday at party play gaya street. Lee Pei Pei's birthday was actually on 20 nov but we make it at 18 nov since she had to drive down to Kudat to work the next day. One of my collegue , Sandra suggested to had it at party play as she claim the cake there is quiet nice.

Rock climbing at Sabah Indoor Climbing Centre

I'm not a PRO in rock climbing but decided to give a try today, so me and my wife headed to Sabah Indoor Climbing Centre located near Kompleks Sukan Likas. The fee are RM21 per person (include RM5) registration for first timer so you only pay RM16 for your subsequent fee. The fee actually include the equipment required for the climb which included: the harness. chalk bag, belay device and shoe.

Total coincident that we meet my collegue Aeisha and Faisal in the Climbing Centre only to find out that Faisal is a PRO in rock climbing. Thanks to him for giving some advise and teaching some skill regarding rock climbing.

chicken soup @ RM3.90 from CKS, Millenium

This is what I get from CKS supermarket at Millenium today only costing RM3.90 for chicken, onion, carrot, potato and mint leave. This is the most easy way to make a chicken soup I guess.

Interprofessional Bodies Games (IPBG) 2012

Last month i represent Malaysia Medical Association for the IPBG that held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a 2 yearly event that involve few sport that was participated by six professional bodies including: Malaysia Medical Association (MMA), Sabah Lawyer Association (SLA), Institute of Engineer Malaysia (IEM), Malaysian Institute of Accountant (MIA), Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) and Royal Institution of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM). I particiapted in the football game.The group game was held in the field near Wisma Wanita while the final game was held in UMS. Our score:

MMA vs IEM  : 0-8
MMA vs SLA  : 1-4
MMA vs RISM: 1-8

Doctors are suck when it come to football but we gave a good challenge to other team.

I was on holiday on 1st November 2012 and went to a place in Tamparuli. This place is upside down house. It is said to be the first of it kind in South East Asia. The fees was RM10 for adult malaysian and RM20 for adult non-Malaysian.It was quiet a short journey inside the house and it only took me 5 minutes to explore everything around the house.Inside the house it has everything the ordinary house have like fans, sofa , picture frame, dining table, toilet but the different is that they are upside down.
